1.Controller of your personal data

Nahum Data, S.A. de C.V., with its address at Bosque de Ciruelos 180, Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico City, Postal Code 11700, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data it receives to handle inquiries, information requests, meetings, and commercial communications related to www.nahumdata.com.

For privacy inquiries, rights requests, or restrictions on the use of your data, please write to hello@nahumdata.com.

This notice covers contact and commercial support related to the website. If an activity requires different processing, we will inform you of its characteristics and obtain the appropriate consent before carrying it out.

2.Personal data we may receive

Depending on the information you choose to provide and the reason for contacting us, we may process:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Company or organization, job title, and professional activity.
• Information in your inquiry and contact details of the people involved.
• Scheduling preferences and information needed to arrange a meeting.
• History of communications, requests, and proposals related to your inquiry.

The systems used to host and protect the website may also generate technical logs, such as IP address, access date and time, requested pages, browser type, device, and operational errors.

We do not request sensitive personal data for general inquiries. Please avoid sending health information, beliefs, political opinions, biometric information, or other sensitive data through the website's contact channels.

We also do not request passwords or complete bank card details to schedule a meeting or respond to an inquiry.

3.How we obtain your data

We may receive your data when you:

• Write to us by email.
• Request or schedule a meeting.
• Provide information during a communication with Nahum Data.
• Use a contact form we make available to you.
• Access the website and its infrastructure generates technical operating logs.

When you provide someone else's data, you must have sufficient authorization or legal grounds to share it. Please send only the data necessary for the inquiry.

4.Necessary purposes

We will use your data to:

• Receive, analyze, and respond to your requests.
• Identify your project's context and determine how we can help.
• Arrange meetings and follow up on communications you have initiated.
• Prepare and manage service proposals.
• Maintain a record of the support provided.
• Protect the website's operation and prevent misuse.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

Providing incorrect or insufficient information may prevent us from handling a request or arranging a meeting.

5.Optional updates and communications

If you request these communications or give separate authorization, we may use your name, email address, and preferences to send you publications, updates, invitations, or information about our services.

This purpose is optional. Contacting us or scheduling a meeting does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications.

You may refuse or withdraw authorization without affecting the handling of your inquiries or contracted services.

To stop receiving these communications, use the unsubscribe mechanism in the message, when available, or write to hello@nahumdata.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from communications.”

6.External providers and platforms

We may use technology providers to manage communications, meetings, storage, and website hosting.

When a provider processes data on Nahum Data's behalf, it must do so for the functions assigned and under the applicable protection and confidentiality obligations. Some providers may operate infrastructure outside Mexico.

The website includes a link to Calendly to schedule meetings. When you use that platform, Nahum Data receives the information needed to manage the meeting. Calendly also processes information as described in its own Privacy Notice, which we recommend reviewing.

The proposal request form uses Netlify Forms to receive and store responses and filter unwanted submissions. See the Netlify privacy policy.

The involvement of providers does not remove Nahum Data's obligations as data controller.

7.Data transfers

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

We may disclose information to authorities or other recipients where legally required or necessary to exercise or defend rights, in each case as permitted by applicable law.

If we intend to make a transfer requiring your consent, we will first inform you who will receive the data, which data will be transferred, and for what purpose. You may accept or reject the transfer before it occurs.

8.Cookies and browsing technologies

We use Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand visits, pages viewed, and interactions with the website and improve its content. This measurement may include cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and approximate location.

We measure clicks to our Calendly scheduler and email link with the event contact_click and the channel calendly or email. This event indicates a contact click; it does not confirm a booked meeting or a sent email. We do not include names, email addresses, or inquiry text in this event.

When Netlify accepts a form submission, we record the event generate_lead with the form identifier. This measurement indicates a received request; it does not confirm a contracted project. We do not send form responses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free text to Analytics.

Technical hosting logs may be used for security, diagnostics, and operations. They must not be confused with a subscription to commercial communications.

Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Their default duration is up to two years; browsers may limit it. See Google's information on these cookies and its privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To prevent Google Analytics from receiving your browsing activity, Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for compatible browsers. These controls do not prevent you from emailing us or visiting our scheduler.

We store your chosen language (Spanish or English) in your browser's local storage to remember it on future visits. This preference contains no contact details.

When you follow an external link, such as Calendly, the destination platform may use its own cookies and technologies in accordance with its policies.

9.Retention and protection

We will retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When data is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize it unless temporary retention is required to address legal liabilities. In that case, its use will be restricted to that purpose.

Nahum Data must maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and processing risks, as well as confidentiality obligations for those involved in processing.

If a security breach significantly affects your financial or non-financial rights, we will notify you immediately in accordance with applicable law.

10.Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection

You may request:

• Access: to learn which personal data we hold about you and the conditions under which it is processed.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
• Cancellation: to request that we stop retaining your data, subject to applicable legal obligations.
• Objection: to request that certain processing not take place where there are grounds for doing so.

To exercise these rights, write to hello@nahumdata.com with the subject “ARCO rights request.”

Your request must include:

1. Your name and a means of receiving our response.
2. The right you wish to exercise and a clear explanation of your request.
3. The data concerned, except when requesting access.
4. Information that helps locate the records.
5. Proof of your identity and, if you act through a representative, their identity and authority to represent you.
6. If requesting rectification, the correction required and supporting documents.

To reduce exposure of personal documents, you may initiate your request by email without attaching identification. We will explain how to complete the necessary verification.

We will communicate our determination within a maximum of 20 business days of receiving the request. If the request is valid, we will implement it within 15 business days after communicating our response.

Where circumstances justify it, these periods may be extended once for an equal period, as provided by law.

Exercising these rights is free of charge. If you request copies or delivery that involve costs permitted by law, we will inform you in advance.

11.Withdrawal of consent and restrictions on use

You may request withdrawal of consent or restrict the use or disclosure of your data by emailing hello@nahumdata.com.

Include your name, the processing you wish to restrict, and a means of receiving our response. Where necessary, we will verify your identity using the procedure described for ARCO requests.

Withdrawal has no retroactive effect. Some processing may continue where a legal obligation or other legal grounds permit it; if so, we will explain why.

Refusing advertising will not prevent us from responding to your requests or sending communications necessary for a service you have contracted.

12.Changes to this notice

We will publish changes in the Privacy Notice section of www.nahumdata.com, indicating the update date.

If a change involves new purposes or processing requiring your consent, we will inform you and request the appropriate authorization before carrying it out.
